Our Purpose

The purpose of our Women's Ministry at Eastridge is to bring glory to God in all we do. Our model and guide for Women’s Ministry is Titus 2:1-5, 10, which calls us to teach sound doctrine and emphasizes the importance of older women discipling and nuturing younger women. We achieve this through one-on-one relationships throughout our entire body of women as we engage in each other’s lives.

"But as for you, teach what accords with sound doctrine. 2 Older men are to be sober-minded, dignified, self-controlled, sound in faith, in love, and in steadfastness. 3 Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, 4 and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, 5 to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled…so that in everything they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior.” ~Titus 2:1-5, 10

Our Small Group Bible Studies

Weekly Bible studies are one of the best ways to deepen our faith, grow spiritually, and enjoy the blessings of friendship with women of all ages. We study God’s Word and pray together, growing closer to Him and to each other. We love and care for one another through discipleship and actively living out our faith together. The joy of the Lord is our strength!

Most of the ladies’ Bible studies meet from September to May, with a few meeting during the summer.
