Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.
128 Student Ministries is a group of junior and senior high school students that exists to proclaim Christ in order to become complete in Christ. The youth are led by our Youth Pastor, Ryan Trzeciak.
The student who enters 128 Student Ministries will be challenged to be a devoted follower of Christ, who loves the church and has a desire to serve Him with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. It is our prayer that this desire grows throughout the teenage years and will continue throughout their entire lives. This practically takes place through discipleship, fellowship, evangelism, and service.
Activities for our Youth
The youth meet weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30pm at the church to play games, learn from the Bible, and encourage one another in our walk with Christ. The group is led by Pastor Ryan Trzeciak.
The youth meet every Sunday at 10:00 - 11:00am for their Sunday school class. Pastor Ryan is currently teaching a series on the fundamentals of the faith.
Youth Praise is the high school singing, signing, and stick team ministry! The group practices every Sunday morning from 8:30 to 9:45am during the school year. They perform at various times throughout the year. The Youth Praise group is led by Briana Borton and Lynnette Emme.
Our Bible Quizzing team is for youth in grades 7 through 12. They study a book of the Bible each year, memorize Scripture, and study to learn the meaning of the Scripture. They compete against other churches in the area at quiz meets. This is an exciting ministry and our Eastridge team always places very well in the meets. The team is coached by Kristen Thompson.
Activity Participation Form
We love taking the youth to special events, but before they can join us, we need to have the legal stuff taken care of. Please fill out an Activity Participation Form for each student so they can take part in our fun activities. Download and print the form, then give the completed form to Pastor Ryan.
The theme is "Camp Recon." The messages will focus on reconciliation: being restored to God and one another.
